The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Content Editor (Sitecore CMS) to join the Comcast Business Digital Experience (DXT) team. In this role, you’ll manage daily content publishing, QA, and optimization within Sitecore—ensuring every customer-facing experience meets brand, accessibility, and technical standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting the XOE (Xfinity Order Entry) mobile content transition, maintaining content accuracy and consistency across web and mobile platforms.

In This Role You Will
- Execute daily content updates and publishing within Sitecore CMS.
- Support the XOE mobile content transition, ensuring brand and UX alignment.
- Review and QA published content across multiple devices and browsers.
- Tag and structure content using approved metadata, taxonomy, and SEO standards.
- Collaborate with content authors, designers, and QA to ensure publishing accuracy.
- Validate layout and component use against approved Figma designs.
- Monitor publishing requests, prioritize updates, and communicate status with CMS leadership.
- Contribute to content governance and continuous improvement of editorial workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and track content publishing schedules across multiple Sitecore environments.
- Conduct end-to-end QA to ensure all updates meet functional, visual, and accessibility requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot CMS or display issues; escalate to development or CMS management as needed.
- Maintain and update metadata, tags, and URL structures to support SEO and analytics.
- Partner with the CMS Manager to document publishing standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Support process improvements in content production, version control, and asset management.
- Collaborate with the design team to validate implementation of new components and templates.
- Ensure publishing activities align with Comcast Business brand, content, and accessibility standards.

Skills & Tools
(Must Have)
- 3–6 years of experience in CMS publishing, content QA, or digital content operations.
- Hands-on experience in Sitecore CMS (publishing, workflow, templates, components).
- Strong understanding of metadata tagging, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Working familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for layout and design validation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex editorial workflows.
- Experience in content QA across browsers, devices, and environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to enterprise publishing ecosystems or prior Comcast experience.
- Familiarity with Agile content workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Workfront).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting content issues.
- Experience with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) for performance insights.
- Understanding of digital asset management and localization workflows.
